BMS-NSW Election Announcement

As Salamu Alaikum. 

I on behalf of election commission of BMS, NSW declare the following election schedule.

Proposed Election schedule of BMS – NSW 2023-2024
Proposed Election will be held on 25/03/23 by electronic voting system
 (Details of election procedure will be declared later on). Independent professional third party will be hired to conduct online voting. Privacy is ensured.
Proposed Date of nomination paper submission open from 01/03/23 to 8 pm on 07/03/23.

Candidate can nominate themselves by email to chief election commissioner with copy to two other election commissioners.
Proposed Withdrawal of nomination papers effective from 08/03/23. Last date of withdrawal of nomination paper by 8 pm on 12/03/23.
Election commission will declare the list of valid candidature by 16/03/22 after scrutiny. Who are members by 31st of January 23 will be eligible for voting.
Date of election on Saturday 25/03/23
